The "Horizont" is a magazine for all Royal Rangers throughout Germany and all who are interested in the Royal Rangers´doings. It is released three times a year, members will get it for free (it is already covered by the annual member contribution). 

The name horizon originates from two thoughts:

1. "To broaden one´s horizon" - the articles in the "Horizont" are meant to motivate and inspire the Rangers for keeping track of the Advancement Trail. The articles could be used by the Rangers in order to elaborate parts of their trials. This way they can grow spiritually and as a Scout.

2. "Reach beyond the horizon" - The term horizon has also something to do with adventure, trips and wanderlust. The adventure and the urge to explore will not be missed out. We would like bring the Rangers out of their shell, encourage them to got out by themselves (or with the team) for having new experiences. Especially stories about trips and other special events are meant to get that across to them.
